Trentwood Storage Inc will auction off the contents of 2 - 5x10's and 3 -10 x 20 storage units where occupants have defaulted on their rental agreement. The lien auction sale will start at 8:30 AM.
Please note when self-service storage businesses sell the contents of storage units in Washington State storage facility owners or auctioneers must collect and remit retail sales tax from these sales. The high bider/buyer must come prepared to pay these taxes. To avoid the taxes buyers must bring a copy of their reseller permit or other approved document to show the wholesale nature of their business.
